When you have reached the default transaction or card number limit on your World Card, our portal will guide you through the process of extending both limits. To proceed with these extensions, you will need to submit specific documents.
Here are examples of documents you may provide for:
- Increasing card count limit
- Increasing spending limit
Increasing card count limit
Additional virtual cards can be requested in two ways
- At any time: call or email our customer service team
- After default max limit is reached /when trying to add a further card online: a request form will be displayed
Go to “World Card” – “Apply for a new card”. When reached the number of default cards limit, a prompt page will be displayed. Click “Apply to increase limit”, provide a sufficient reason and supporting documentation.
To increase your card count, please provide any of the following documents:
- Screenshots of at least 3 online storefronts
- Copy of invoices or receipts related to expenses from at least three storefronts (such as storefront fees or advertising costs)
- Any other documents that demonstrate that your business operates multiple storefronts

Please provide at least 3 screenshots, each showing a different storefront.
- Each screenshot should include:
- The address bar and URL
- The name of the storefront
Invoice or receipt screenshot
Please provide invoices or receipt copy(s) related to costs from multiple (at least three) storefronts, such as storefront fees or advertising costs.
- Each image should include:
- Your business name
- Your business address
- The total invoice amount to support the request for an increased spending limit
Increasing spending limit
It is possible to request increased maximum spending limits for a particular World Card in two ways
- Call or email our customer service team
- Online from card limits page
Go to “World Card”, click the card you want to increase spending limit. Click “Limit usage”, provide the last 4 digits of the card, the limit you want to increase ( any or all of Monthly /Daily /Single transaction limits), a sufficient reason and supporting documentation.
To increase your spending limit, please provide supplier invoices of the corresponding amount:

- All pages of the invoice
- Your business name
- Your business address
- The total invoice amount justifying the increased spending limit
