As an account owner or an admin, you can manage payment notifications for your World Card account through Account settings or Card settings. These settings allow you to control notifications for SMS, Email, and in-portal card payment alerts. Notifications related to 3D Secure (3DS) transactions will not be affected when adjusting the global notification toggle. By following these steps, you can easily manage and customize your World Card payment notification preferences to best suit your needs.
Enable/disable all card payment notifications
- On your WorldFirst dashboard, go to “My account” on the top-right corner
- Locate the Notifications settings, switch the toggle to ON to enable all global payment notifications, or witch the toggle to OFF to disable all global payment notifications. This toggle controls SMS, Email, and in-portal card payment notifications
- If you toggle the notifications OFF, a confirmation message will appear. Click “Turn off notifications” to confirm
Please note that disabling the global toggle will not affect 3D Secure (3DS) notifications, which will remain active.
Mangae individual card payment notifications
- To customize or review specific card notification settings, go to “World Card” on your WorldFirst dashboard and click on “Card Settings”. Here provides additional control over notifications for specific cards
- You can check notification status. If the global notifications toggle is disabled, all card payment notifications will be turned OFF automatically, except for the 3DS notifications, which will remain ON
- If the global notifications toggle is enabled, all card payment notifications will be active along with the 3DS notifications
