How do I set card spending limits?
Card issuance process
When you apply for a new World Card, default spending limits are automatically set for you. If you need to adjust these limits after card activation, you can easily customize them at any time.
- Go to “My World Card” page, click “Apply for a new card”

- Then, you will see the default card transaction limit
- Single transaction amount limit is 50,000.00 USD, daily amount limit is 100,000.00 USD, and monthly amount limit is 200,000.00 USD
- Single card transaction amount is unlimited
- If you’d like to change these limits before the card is activated, simply click “Modify Card Limits”

- You can manually enter your preferred amounts for single transaction, daily, and monthly limits, as well as set an overall “single card transaction amount limit”
- Once you confirm and click “Apply”, your card will be issued with the customized spending limits

Subsequent modification
You can customize limits across different dimensions to prevent overspending, and can also add an overall spending limit for individual cards. Single card limit will override per transaction, weekly, or monthly limit. If single card limit is exhausted, transaction will fail regardless of per transaction, weekly, or monthly limit.
- You can change card spending limit in “Card List” and “Card Details”
- On Card List page, locate the card you need to adjust and click the edit icon to open a pop-up window
- Enter the specific amount of “Single transaction amount limit”, “Daily amount limit” and “Monthly amount limit” separately, and you can also set “Single card transaction amount limit”
- Next, click “Confirm” to save your changes
- The new spending limits will take effect immediately

- You can use the filter dropdown to display specific cards

- On Card Details page, it displays individual card limits

- Click the edit icon near “Limit usage” and you can modify card spending limit
