Pool Account Number & Account Identifier
When depositing money into your Virtual Account, you need TWO important pieces of information:
- Pool Account Number – The beneficiary bank account number indicating the name of PUMPCHAIN TECHNOLOGIES PLATFORM LTD
- Account Identifier – Your unique reference code MUST be included in the Reference Field or Transfer Memo when transferring

You may notice the Pool Account Number belongs to PUMPCHAIN TECHNOLOGIES PLATFORM LTD, not WorldFirst.

- ✅ Funds are securely transferred to your WorldFirst balance after verification
What is Virtual Account (VA)?
The VA enables clients to receive local currency payments through a dedicated local bank account.
How can I identify my VA Account Number?
The account number of your VA is a combination of Pool Account number and Account identifier.

How to Open a VA Receiving Account
Step 1: Access Collection Dashboard
1. Log in to your World Account dashboard
2. Navigate to the “Collection” tab
3. Click on “Manage Accounts”
4. Select “Add a New Receiving Account”
Step 2: Select Currency and Bank
1. Choose GHS as your currency
2. Select your desired bank from the dropdown:
