To reset your WorldFirst password, you can select “Forgot password” on the login page and choose your preferred method of verification.
- On your WorldFirst login page, click on “Forgot password?”
- Select the “Email/Username” or “Mobile” tab based on your login method and enter your email/username/mobile accordingly
- Click “Next”
- Then, solve the puzzle
- Next, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your respective email/mobile. Enter the 6-digit verification code
- Click on “Next”
- Enter your new password and confirm your password
- Click on “Submit” once done
- Please make sure that the password needs meet the requirements
- Then, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your mobile/email
- If you have not received the 6-digit verification code, you may click on “Resend”
- Alternatively, you may also “Change method” to receive the 6-digit verification code
- Now, a new password has been successfully reset and you can log in
