eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy often require proof of account ownership – such as a statement or account opening letter (often referred to as an ‘Account Verification Letter’). For your Receiving Accounts, you can follow the below steps to download the letter.
- In your World Account, click on “Collection” on the left panel, and you’ll be presented with all your available Receiving Accounts
- Click on the account that you need to get the letter to view the details page
- Click on “Download proof of account” on the bottom of the page
- You’ll be redirected to a page to fill out your company details – country and registered address
- Your letter will be generated, and you’ll be able to download it on the next page
- You can present this letter to eCommerce marketplaces to prove your ownership of the account
