How to do video verification by your own?
Video need to be conducted by Authorised Person or Applicant Director.
- Show Authorised Person or Applicant Director entire face – clearly visible and well-lit.
- State Full Legal Name & Position – Clearly speak full name and job title.
- Show Proof of Business
What is Proof of Business
Proof of Business means visual evidence that your company exists and operates as described. This can include either below with office or operation environment:
- Signboard + Office or Operation Environment
- Inventory + Office or Operation Environment
- Other related proof of business + Office or Operation Environment
Example – Signboard
- The video should show the office or building with the signboard clearly visible, not just the signboard alone
- Ensure the company name or logo is readable in the video
Example – Office or Operation Environment
- Show your company’s internal workspace, such as offices, desks, machines, or production areas
- For warehouses or factories, include operating equipment, inventory, and staff at work
- The goal is to reflect your business’s regular operational activities
Example – Inventory
- Show current inventory or product displays
- If there is packaging or labeling, ensure that your company logo or brand is visible
What if I do not have physical business set-up?
If you are unable to show any physical business setup, please:
1. Briefly explain how your company operates and why these visuals are not available in the video.
2. Provide any supporting documents below:
- Screenshot of seller page in e-commerce platform
- Screenshot of seller page in official website
- Company official stamps
- Company letterhead
- Digital or physical copy of invoices
- Other related proof
