Super Referral Cashback Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Super Referral Cashback Terms and Conditions“) are to be read together with the WorldFirst Refer & Earn Promotion Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Super Referral Cashback Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

1.1 “Qualifying Transaction” means any of the following:

1.1.1 receipt of one or more payments totaling an aggregate amount of at least US$100 (or the equivalent in a different currency) directly from marketplaces, freelancer platforms or developer platforms approved by WorldFirst;

1.1.2 where the Referred Person is a registered company or registered sole trader, making one or more payments totaling an aggregate amount of at least US$200 (or equivalent amount in a different currency or currencies) using its World Card;

1.1.3 making one or more payments totaling an aggregate amount of at least US$200 (or an equivalent amount in a different currency or currencies) from the Referred Person’s World Account (i) to a third-party bank account, in connection with a transaction with a supplier or service provider, using the World Account; or (ii) to sellers on 1688.com using the World Pay feature. Payment to local suppliers or service providers may also be acceptable.

1.2 “Super Referral Cashback” shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 2.2;

1.3 “Super Referral Promotion Period” shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 2.1;

1.4 “Super Referral Reward Criteria” shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 2.1;

1.5 “Super Referrer” shall mean any Referrer that has successfully referred at least ten (10) Referred Persons to WorldFirst.

2. Promotion Period

The “Super Referral Promotion Period” is the period beginning on 1 February 2026 and ending on 31 March 2026 (both days, inclusive).

3. Super Referral Cashback

3.1 A Super Referrer will be entitled to receive the Super Referral Cashback, provided that a certain number of its Referred Persons –as indicated in clause 2.2 below–:

3.1.1 carry out at least one (1) of the Qualifying Transactions; and

3.1.2 are eligible for receiving the Referred Person’s Award

(the “Super Referral Cashback Reward Criteria”).

3.2 The “Super Referral Cashback” is as follows:

3.2.1 US$500 if ten (10) or more of the Referrer’s Referred Persons meet the Super Referral Cashback Reward Criteria;

3.2.2 US$1,000 if fifteen (15) or more of the Referrer’s Referred Persons meet the Super Referral Cashback Reward Criteria; or

3.2.3 US$2,000 if thirty (30) or more of the Referrer’s Referred Persons meet the Super Referral Cashback Reward Criteria.

3.3 The Super Referral Cashback shall be credited to the Referrer’s World Account by 30 April 2026. Such World Account must be valid, open and functioning, and must not be suspended, canceled, and/or terminated, at the time the Super Referral Cashback is credited to such account.

3.4 Should WorldFirst determine, in its sole discretion, that a Super Referrer is not eligible to receive the Super Referral Cashback or to participate in the Promotion for any reason (including but not limited to a breach of these Super Referral Cashback Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations, pursuant to WorldFirst’s risks management policies, improper use of any information relating to the Promotion, fraud, attempted fraud, or any other illegal or illegitimate activity), or where WorldFirst has knowledge of subsequent events which would mean that the Super Referrer would not have been entitled to receive the Super Referral Cashback (including but not limited to where the transactions of such WorldFirst customer were reversed, refunded or charged back), WorldFirst has the right to disqualify such Super Referrer and shall not be liable to any such Super Referrer. WorldFirst further reserves the right to claw back the value of the Super Referral Cashback or to deduct the value of the Super Referral Cashback from the Super Referrer’s World Account(s).
