World First are exceptionally proud to have been awarded a 2017 Feefo Gold Trusted Service award.
An online platform which allows businesses to independently collect genuine reviews from customers, Feefo is used around the globe by over 3,000 businesses, ranging in size from multinational organisations to small businesses.
The award is only given to businesses with at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2016 and December 31st 2016, who have achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.
Feefo ensures that all feedback is authentic, by matching a review and rating to a legitimate transaction.
At the time of writing, World First Australia has a rating of 4.7 out of 5.
The award comes off the back of winning a 5-star rating for ‘Outstanding Value in International Money Transfers’ from CANSTAR in November 2016.
