General Win Official UEFA Euro 24 Merchandise Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Germany who successfully satisfy steps 1 to 3 above by 23:59:59 on 4 July 2024 (the “Registration Deadline”) (each, an “Eligible Participant”).

2. Prize: The first 60 Eligible Participants will receive an official Union des Associations Européennes de Football (“UEFA”) t-shirt or football (each, a “Prize”). The awarding of a Prize will be subject to stock availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Prizes will be issued by close of play (United Kingdom time) on 16 July 2024.

3. Delivery: A Prize will be dispatched to the Eligible Participant’s provided address. Any costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of such Prize are the responsibility of the Eligible Participant. World First UK Limited (“WorldFirst”) shall not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the course of the delivery or usage of a Prize received under this giveaway.

4. Multiple Entries: Multiple entries are allowed, but only one Prize will be awarded per person.

5. Notification: Each Eligible Participant will be notified via email that they have won a Prize within one week of the Registration Deadline.

6. Selection of Winner: Winners will be selected based on the order entries are received. In case of simultaneous entries (within the same minute or time frame), the winner will be chosen randomly.

7. Rights Reserved: WorldFirst reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

8. Liability: WorldFirst, UEFA and their respective affiliates, officers, directors and employees will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with this giveaway unless it results from the gross negligence of such party.

9. Governing Law and Arbitration: These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by arbitration under the LCIA Rules.
