FAQs
The promotion runs from 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2026. You’ll need to register for a WorldFirst account within this timeframe.
The cashback will be issued by the last working day of next calendar month after you make your qualifying transaction. Please note that you must successfully make qualifying transactions before 31 January 2027 to receive cashback.
The following transactions count towards the bonus reward of 1.5% cashback:
• Cross-currency transaction including FX transfers and FX conversions.
• Payments via World Pay.
You’ll receive ￡15 by 30 June and ￡95 by 31 July. The total cashback is capped at ￡110.
You’ll find the reward in the Rewards Centre under ‘My benefit – WorldFirst rewards’ when you log in.
For this specific activity, your referral must be a registered company or a registered sole trader and complete eligible transactions before 28 February 2027.
All countries and regions except Vietnamese clients are eligible to participate. For Vietnamese clients, please look forward to other local promotions.
Unfortunately, if you didn’t register using a referral link, we won’t be able to track the registration and you won’t be eligible for the reward.
