FAQs
New customers signing up for a WorldFirst account are eligible to receive the exclusive 0.3% foreign exchange fee (T&Cs apply). Once your account is fully set up and verified, the fee will be applied.
This offer runs from 11th February 2026 to 31st December 2026 (both days, inclusive).
This offer is for new customers only:
1) For those who are not an exisitng WorldFirst customer and have not applied for a World Account prior to the start of the promotion period (11th February 2026), and;
2) Successfully register for a new World Account and completes WorldFirst’s authentication and review process during the promotion period, and;
3) The registered country is the United Kingdom.
Exchanges between: GBP, USD, EUR, HKD, CNH, JPY, CAD, AUD, NZD, SGD.

The 0.3% FX fee is available to you for 180 days long. The end of the promotion period does not affect this.
i.e. if you sign up on 30th June 2026, the promo is active until 27th December 2026.
Suppose you would like to exchange GBP for USD 10,000 to pay a supplier. Without the promo offer, your exchange rate is 1.3427, so you would need to pay GBP 7,447.70. With the promo offer (0.3% exchange fee applied), your exchange rate improves to 1.3454, and you would only need to pay GBP 7,432.70, saving you GBP 15.
