World Card is your global business solution in one card, allowing you to spend and save effortlessly. With the ability to pay across 150+ currencies, it simplifies international transactions. No foreign exchange fees charged on 15 supported currencies when you hold balance in these accounts.
With the World Card, you can now:
A. Pay suppliers easily, with a card instead of bank transfer. Pay directly out of any currency accounts from your World Account. Your balance will be deducted from that currency account. If you hold currencies in 15 supported currency accounts, no FX fees will be involved for the same currency transaction.
B. Manage your cards, spending limits, transaction statements all on one platform.
- If your transaction is one of these 15 currencies and you hold sufficient balance in the same currency in your World Account, the balance will be deducted in the same currency.
- If your transaction currency is not one of these 15 currencies, or it is one of these 15 currencies but with insufficient balance, the balance will be deducted from your World Account in USD (Singapore region only). Transaction will be unsuccessful if there is insufficient balance in your USD account.
At present, World Cards can only be issued to verified directors or authorised non-directors of your business. The main user of the World Account can simply click ‘Add Card’ and select relevant individuals as the Cardholder.
- If another director is selected, we may request a small number of verification details (eg. ID copy, residential address) to be provided for us to review before the card can be added. This review normally takes less than one working day.
- Currently, only the main user of the World Account can add and manage cards online. We will enable sub-users of the World Account to have card management functionality soon.
