1. What's the promotion period?

The promotion runs from 31 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. You’ll need to register for a WorldFirst account within this timeframe.

2. When will I receive my reward?

Your US$50 reward will be credited to your WorldFirst account by the end of the following month after your qualifying transaction. You must make qualifying transactions before 31 January 2027 to receive the reward.

Clients from all the supported countries and regions of WorldFirst are eligible to participate.

5. Which transactions qualify for the bonus reward?

Complete one of the following eligible transactions:

· Receive US$500 from payment service providers, marketplaces or freelancer platforms.

· Make payments totaling at least US$500 with World Card.

· Make cross-currency transactions (e.g. FX transfers, conversions, payments with World Pay) totalling at least US$500.

6. Which freelancer platforms qualify for the reward?

We currently support incoming payments from Fiverr, Upwork, Malt, Freelancer.com, Toptal, Remotive.io, Deel.com, and Timee.

7. What if I didn’t use my referrer's link?

Unfortunately, if you didn’t use a referral link to register, we won’t be able to track the registration and you won’t be eligible for the reward.

You’ll still have a chance to earn cashback as a referrer by inviting your contacts to sign up.

8. I haven’t received my reward. What should I do?

Before reaching out to our support team, please double check the following:

1. Timing: Your reward will be credited by the last business day of the month after the qualifying task is completed.
2. Account balance: Rewards are credited directly to your WorldFirst account.

9. What are the relationship requirements between referrers and referred businesses?

Referrers and referred businesses must be completely independent. Some examples include:

· They can’t be the same person or legal entity

· They can’t share a legal representative or beneficial owner

· They can’t be affiliated businesses or entities under the same controlling party

10. What behaviors are considered violations?

The following are considered violations and may result in disqualification or clawback of rewards:

· Fictitious transactions, circular transfers, etc.

· Using multiple accounts or nominee accounts to bypass restrictions

· Any behaviour that’s considered abusive, fraudulent, or dishonest

If a violation is found, WorldFirst reserves the right to disqualify participants, recover any rewards issued, and take legal action.
