Effective from 9 July 2026, FCMB Bank account users must use their NEW account numbers for all Virtual Account transactions.
Critical Information:
If you previously used FCMB Bank, please note that any account numbers registered before 9 July 2026 are no longer active for receiving payments. Please login into your portal to sign up for your new Virtual Account verify your new account number.
- Any transactions sent to FCMB account numbers registered before 9 July 2026, will not be processed.
- Refunds for transactions to old account numbers require manual intervention
- Merchants must raise a ticket with Merchant Services ([email protected])
- Refund processing time: Estimated 10 business days
- No guarantee of full refund amount (bank charges may apply)
Action Required:
✅ Update your payment details immediately with your new FCMB account number
✅ Update any automated payment systems or recurring transfers
✅ Verify your new account number in the Collection dashboard

Step 1: Access Collection Dashboard
1. Log in to your World Account dashboard
2. Navigate to the “Collection” tab
3. Click on “Manage Accounts”
4. Select “Add a New Receiving Account”
Step 2: Select Currency and Bank
