A lot has changed recently. The World Account has been re-designed for cross-border businesses trading in multiple currencies and as a result you will need to re-register to use your account.
There are no costs or fees for reactivating your account. In addition, we don’t charge monthly maintenance fees, annual subscription fees or interest on the money you deposit into your account.
We want you to know your money is safe and once you have re-registered your account, you can continue to manage your money as normal.
You can re-register using the same email address you had previously registered with us.
Your funds will be returned to the payer according to the original route.
To ensure the security of your account, you need to contact the WorldFirst customer service team and complete the identity verification process. Once your account has been re-registered, you will be informed of your account balance and we can help you to make a withdrawal.
