Step 1:
Click on ‘Collection’ on the left side navigation bar.
Step 2:
Click on the white ‘Add funds’ button on the right of your screen.
Step 3:
Select ‘GBP’ from the currency account list, and enter the amount you would like to direct debit from your bank account.
Step 4:
Select ‘Direct debit’ and select the date you would like to be debited.
Once done, click ‘Next’.
Step 5:
Review the direct debit you are setting up, and ensure the account number displayed matches the account number you wish to debit.
If you are happy to proceed click ‘Confirm’.
Step 6:
All done! Your direct debit is now set up and you will be debited on the selected debit date.
