1. Dana Usahawan NCER
Agency: NTIC Technology Innovation Centre (NCER)
Purpose: Fund SME projects focusing on automation, digital adoption, ESG compliance, and higher-level product or market development.
Funding: Up to 15% of Qualifying Project Cost or RM2 million max.
Eligibility: Bumiputera SMEs, product/process development, approved CoE providers, strategic projects.
2. CIP SPRINT
Agency: Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd
Purpose: Support tech-based business commercialisation.
Funding: Up to RM600,000 over 18 months.
Eligibility: Conditional convertible grant, 60% for commercialisation, 40% for product development.
3. CIP SPARK
Agency: Cradle Fund
Purpose: Digital business financing for pre-commercialisation and tech startup development.
Funding: Up to RM150,000 over 18 months.
Eligibility: Conditional development grant, open to companies and individuals.
4. MSME Digital Grant
Agency: MCMC
Purpose: Help micro, small, and medium enterprises digitalise operations.
Funding: 50% matching grant up to RM5,000.

6. Malaysia Digital X-Port Grant (MDXG)
Agency: MDEC

Eligibility: Malaysian SMEs ≥60% local ownership, SSM registered, sell Malaysian-made or MyIPO registered brands.
9. Program Agropreneur Muda (PAM)
Agency: Ministry of Agriculture & Food Security
Purpose: Support young agro-based entrepreneurs across farming, fisheries, and food/agro-based industries.
Funding: Up to RM20,000 in-kind + 2% low-interest financing.
Eligibility: Malaysian citizens 18–43, net income <RM5,000, agricultural premises ownership or lease.
10. Geran Padanan High Impact Product (HIP)
Purpose: Matching grant 50% up to RM200,000 for SMEs in food/agriculture with annual sales RM300K–RM5M.
Eligibility: Registered under Companies Act or relevant agriculture/co-op acts, valid business premises/license.
11. Geran Padanan Change Upgrade Product (CUP)
Purpose: 70% matching grant up to RM60,000 for micro-enterprises.
Eligibility: Registered under Companies Act or relevant agricultural acts, completed one-year under approved agro programs.
