WorldFirst Referral Program Promotion (Ticket Giveaways)
Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions“) govern the Promotion (as defined below). By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.

1     Definitions and Interpretation

Capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions of the WorldFirst Referral Program available at (https://www.worldfirst.com/kr/campaign/referral-mgm/) (“Existing Referral Program Terms and Conditions”), unless otherwise defined herein in these Terms and Conditions and as follows:

  • Activity” means Tottenham Hotspur football activity in Asia;
  • Existing Referral Program” shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 2;
  • Promotion” shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 2;
  • Promotion Period” shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 3;
  • Ticket” means a ticket to Tottenham Hotspur football activity in Asia;
  • WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner” shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 4; and
  • WorldFirst Cheer Pack” means a Ticket, a Tottenham Hotspur fan cap and a chance to win a Tottenham jersey signed by Spurs player.

2     Description of the Promotion

During the Promotion Period, in addition to the promotion under the WorldFirst Referral Program (“Existing Referral Program”), the first ten (10) Referrers with at least two (2) Referred Persons in the Existing Referral Program will be eligible to each win a WorldFirst Cheer Pack (“Promotion”).

3     Promotion Period

The “Promotion Period” is the period beginning on 1 May 2025 and ending on 25 July 2025 (both days, inclusive).

4     Prizes

4.1    The WorldFirst Cheer Pack that may be won by the first ten (10) Referrers (each such person a “WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner”) in this Promotion are in addition to any rewards earned under the Existing Referral Program Terms and Conditions.

4.2   The WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winners will be notified by email or phone call by WorldFirst and will be informed of the collection method for WorldFirst Cheer Pack.

4.3    Each WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner will be eligible to win one (1) set each.

4.4    WorldFirst Cheer Pack and/or Tickets are subject to availability.

4.5    The WorldFirst Cheer Pack and/or Tickets are not exchangeable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

4.6    If for any reason any of the items in the WorldFirst Cheer Pack is not available, WorldFirst reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute such items for others of equal or greater value.

4.7    If a Referrer closes its World Account or its World Account is suspended or restricted by WorldFirst in the period between the Referrer (i) entering the Promotion and (ii) receiving the WorldFirst Cheer Pack, such Referrer will no longer be eligible to receive the WorldFirst Cheer Pack.

4.8    WorldFirst reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse a WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner’s claim for WorldFirst Cheer Pack, to disqualify them from the Promotion, and/or to claim back any WorldFirst Cheer Pack awarded to such WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the relevant WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner has:

4.8.1   breached these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations;

4.8.2    engaged in (or is involved in) fraud, attempted fraud or any other illegal or illegitimate activity);

4.8.3    failed to comply with instructions of WorldFirst or any other relevant person or body;

4.8.4    made any misrepresentations (negligently or fraudulently);

4.8.5    abused the Promotion in any way;

4.8.6    acted in a manner that is abusive, dangerous or anti-social or that causes a nuisance; and/or

4.8.7    engaged in any illegal or criminal activity in connection with the Promotion, or where WorldFirst has knowledge of subsequent events which would mean that the WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner would not have been entitled to participate in the Promotion.

4.9   The WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winners shall be solely responsible for their travel arrangements/costs to attend the Activity and no assistance whatsoever will be provided by WorldFirst in connection with this. In the event that the WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner is unable to use the Tickets to attend the Activity for any reason, WorldFirst will not (i) replace, substitute or transfer the relevant Tickets and/or (ii) reimburse any expenses incurred by the WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner in connection with the Tickets or compensate the WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner in any way. Each Ticket will be invalidated automatically when it expires on the date stated on the Ticket.

4.10   WorldFirst shall not be liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that occur in the course of the delivery of any Tickets to, or usage of any Tickets by, a WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner.

4.11  Each WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner agrees not to:

4.11.1     resell or offer to resell any WorldFirst Cheer Pack and/or Ticket;

4.11.2     use WorldFirst Cheer Pack and/or Ticket for any promotional, advertising, fundraising or any other similar commercial or non-commercial purpose; and/or

4.11.3     use WorldFirst Cheer Pack and/or Ticket as a prize (or part of a prize) in any contest, competition, (promotional) game of chance, lottery or sweepstake.

5 How WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winners are Chosen and How to Claim a Prize

5.1     WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winners will be selected from all the Referrers who have successfully refer at least two (2) or more Referred Persons during the Promotion Period and the first ten (10) Referrers who have referred at least two (2) or more Referred Persons will each win a WorldFirst Cheer Pack.

5.2    WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winners will be informed if they have won the WorldFirst Cheer Pack via email within seven (7) days following the end of the Promotion Period and provided with information as to how to claim the WorldFirst Cheer Pack.

5.3    To be eligible to claim the WorldFirst Cheer Pack, WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winners must pass WorldFirst’s internal verification review including, but not limited to, anti-money laundering checks and sanctions screening.

5.4    It is the responsibility of each WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner to successfully complete all of the steps required to claim any WorldFirst Cheer Pack. WorldFirst will not be liable for any WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner failing to claim the WorldFirst Cheer Pack.

5.5    If a WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner does not provide any information requested by WorldFirst or follow any instructions received from WorldFirst within 24 hours of winning the WorldFirst Cheer Pack, WorldFirst may disqualify such WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner from the Promotion and the relevant WorldFirst Cheer Pack may be won by another eligible Referrer.

6  Liability

None of WorldFirst or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising or promotion agencies, representatives and/or agents (each, a “Party”) will be liable (to the extent permitted by applicable law) for any loss or damage arising, directly or indirectly, from (i) organising or holding the Promotion, (ii) a WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or (iii) any actions or omissions of a WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner in connection with the Promotion, including as a result of their winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any WorldFirst Cheer Pack and/or Tickets, except where it is caused by the negligence of a Party or that of their respective employees.

7  Data Protection

WorldFirst will use the personal information provided by WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winners only for the administration of the Promotion. Each WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner acknowledges that WorldFirst may pass such information to its agents and/or employees solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion. WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winners’ personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

8  Further Terms

8.1     WorldFirst reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine and/or decide all matters relating to or arising in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such determination and/or decision will be final and binding.

8.2     Save as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, the clauses in the Existing Referral Program Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldFirst reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion, and/or to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, without liability to any party. WorldFirst also reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period in its discretion and these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such extended Promotion Period. Any amendments to the Promotion will be published on the Promotion webpage and/or notified to participants in an appropriate manner. Following any change or amendment to these Terms and Conditions, your continued participation in the Promotion constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions and the Promotion in force at that time.

8.3     Each participant in the Promotion warrants that:

8.3.1      it is legally able to participate in the Promotion according to the laws and regulations applicable to it, and that it is fully authorised to do so;

8.3.2      to the best of its knowledge, all information disclosed by it to WorldFirst is complete, true and accurate;

8.3.3      it consents to participate in the Promotion in the capacity of participant;

8.3.4      it consents to the use and sharing of its personal data by WorldFirst in accordance with WorldFirst’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws, and the sharing of its personal data between WorldFirst, for the purposes of the Promotion; and

8.3.5      it will not use the Promotion in any way that WorldFirst (in its sole and absolute discretion) considers to be unreasonable, unethical, excessive, or in bad faith, or in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or is unlawful, fraudulent, or wrongful, or has any unlawful, fraudulent or wrongful purpose or effect.

8.4     The participants shall bear all expenses arising from and/or in connection with participating in the Promotion. Any and all applicable taxes or duties payable in relation to the Promotion shall be the responsibility of the relevant participants.

8.5     Employees (including part-time employees and contractors) of WorldFirst, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

8.6     If there is a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material published in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

8.7     If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid, then it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, unless that modification is not permitted by law, in which case that provision will be disregarded. The rest of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full effect.

8.8     These Terms and Conditions are made for the benefit of participants of the Promotion and WorldFirst and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party.

8.9    While all information herein is believed to be correct and reliable at the time of publishing, WorldFirst makes no representation or warranty, whether expressed or implied, and accepts no responsibility or reliability, as to its completeness or accuracy.

8.10   All tradenames, trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

8.11   In the event that the Promotion (i) is stopped by order of an applicable government agency, (ii) must be suspended due to server or network attack or system failure or (iii) is stopped by any circumstances beyond WorldFirst’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event and WorldFirst shall not be held liable for any consequential damage, loss or claim.

8.12   WorldFirst reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner’s claim for WorldFirst Cheer Pack, to disqualify them from Promotion, and/or to claim back any WorldFirst Cheer Pack awarded to such WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winners, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any relevant WorldFirst Cheer Pack Winner has:

8.12.1   breached these Terms and Conditions;

8.12.2   misused WorldFirst’s intellectual property rights including trademarks and/or materials;

8.12.3   made any misrepresentations (negligently or fraudulently);

8.12.4   abused the Promotion; and/or

8.12.5   engaged in any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with the Promotion or any application for WorldFirst services.

8.13   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will WorldFirst or any of its affiliates be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for lost profits, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, each of which is excluded by agreement between WorldFirst and you regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether WorldFirst or any person has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, WorldFirst’s cumulative liability, including for claims, expenses, damages or indemnity obligations under or in connection with its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, will not exceed USD $500,000. In no event shall WorldFirst, its affiliates, agents, representatives, directors, officers, or employees be liable for any act or omission resulting from circumstance beyond their reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to the Promotion beyond one (1) year from the first occurrence of the act, event, condition or omission on which such claim or action is based.

8.14   Governing law and dispute resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the SIAC in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
