The process
Transferring your funds is pretty straightforward. You’ll need to open an account with us. It’s free, and easy to do. Then you just get in touch and let us know what you want to do.
When you’re ready to make a decision, we agree a rate with you and send you a confirmation email.
Then you arrange to transfer funds to us, and we do the exchange at the pre-agreed rate and send the funds on to bank account(s) you’ve nominated.

How do you deal with us?
There are two main ways you can transact with us
Phone
Call your dedicated dealer and tell them what you want to transfer and when. They’ll talk you through the choices, agree a rate and email confirmation to you within minutes. You’ll need to give us details of the bank account your money is going to.
Online
World First Online - our best-in-class online payments system - lets you manage your own transactions and payments. It lets you see live rates, book trades, pay beneficiaries and view your statements, 24/7. When we’re setting your account up, we’ll send you a username and password. As soon as you’ve received those, you’ll be good to go. It’s as simple as that.
How do you pay us?
You can instruct your bank or pay by direct debit
Instruct your bank to transfer money from your account to ours or to make things even simpler, you can pay by direct debit. If you want to use direct debit, please download the form here. Then once everything’s set up, you won’t need to lift a finger.
You can make your payment into any of our dedicated client bank accounts in the UK, Europe, America, Australia and New Zealand.
How do we pay you?

SWIFT is the leading organization used throughout the financial world to conduct operations with speed, certainty and confidence.
Once we’ve received your funds, we immediately pay the account(s) you’ve nominated.
We then send you confirmation in a PDF to let you know everything has gone through.
How long does it take?
Well, that depends on how you make payment to us
Most payments can be made on the same day, or up to three days depending on how you pay us and the currency required.
