Jeff was previously on the executive board at OFX – formerly OzForex – most recently in the role of Chief Enterprise Officer with responsibility for growing the B2B business globally. He also gained considerable financial services experience as a director at Macquarie Bank where he worked for the Investments and Advisory division. Jeff is also an ACMA qualified management accountant.
He joined WorldFirst in 2004 and was our 3rd employee. Before setting up the China - Hong Kong and Singapore offices he was Chief Operating Officer in London for 5 years. He is a fully qualified commercial airline pilot, holds a BSc in Financial Economics from the University of London and holds an MBA from Cass Business School.
Albert Wong is the Country Manager of WorldFirst based in China - Hong Kong. He heads up day-to-day business strategy, sales and partnership, marketing and operations in major Asian markets including China, China - Hong Kong, Japan and Korea.
Albert joined WorldFirst in January 2018 with nearly two decades of experience across both multinational companies and startups in various industries including financial services, e-commerce, advertising and education. Previously, Albert had held regional leadership position in Yahoo, spearheading various functions including customer care, ad operations, ad technology, advertising & programmatic solutions teams in Asia Pacific. He also had his earlier establishment in Amazon China, where he oversaw the entire operations teams in China, from fulfilment centres, supply chain, transportation, to customer service.
Albert graduated from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Dominic joined WorldFirst in 2016 as APAC Head of Finance and has 15 years’ experience in financial services supporting the equity derivatives business at ABN Amro and RBS in China - Hong Kong and London. Dominic is an ACA qualified accountant and graduated from the University of Durham with a BSc in Biological Sciences.
Kelly Joined WorldFirst in 2016 as Head of Operations, Asia and has 10 years of experience in the banks and broker-dealers field. Kelly worked for JPMorgan Chase and Forex Capital Markets and holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester.
Henry joined WorldFirst as Head of Sales & Partnership, Asia in August 2015 to lead a team and grow our Asian business. A native New Yorker, after graduating from Pace University with a BBA in Finance, he was a banker with HSBC and later moved to JPMorgan Chase. Henry relocated to China - Hong Kong in 2012 and worked for American Express as Head of Sales prior to joining WorldFirst.
Vivian joined WorldFirst in 2015 as Head of Compliance, Asia. She holds a BCom degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the HKICPA. She started her first job in audit with Ernst & Young. After that, she began her compliance career in an insurance company and thereafter joined a credit rating agency as Compliance Officer for the Asia-Pacific region.
Henry joined WorldFirst in 2017 as Head of Dealing and Customer Service, Asia and had over 20 years of experience in corporate account management and people management. Henry worked in Kuoni Group, American Express and BCD Group where he gained a considerable experience in leading changes and optimized the team capacity in an effective way.
Simon is the head of marketing for WorldFirst North Asia. He oversees the promotional activities and daily operations of WorldFirst in mainland China, China - Hong Kong, Japan and Korea, as well as the development and implementation of market strategy in North Asia to improve connections between WorldFirst’s cross-border clientele.
Prior to joining WorldFirst, Simon worked at TD Financials (Canada), Dell (China), Alibaba, China Hewlett-Packard, Samsung Electronics and PayPal for marketing management. He brings his seasoned knowledge and practical experience in digital marketing, customer loyalty marketing, e-commerce and project management to WorldFirst. Simon excels in the integration of trans-boundary and trans-cultural resources, establishing strategic partnerships, promoting the best industry practices, increasing operational efficiencies of business models, and continuously producing excellent business results.
Simon graduated from Schulich School of Business with an MBA.
Jonathan joined WorldFirst Asia as Head of Enterprise Sales in March 2018. He leads the Asia sales team that advances the company’s business in the region.
Jonathan has 20+ years of professional experience, worked across companies in North America, Europe and Asia regions and has been a trusted adviser to multinational Fortune 500 companies providing management consulting services for telecommunications, automotive, e-commerce, digital marketing, and entertainment industries. With his strategic thinking and expertise in integrating team resources, Jonathan has a solid track record to help businesses to create value for customers.
Jonathan graduated from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
