The role

The middle office / payments team is looking to expand its desk with a highly motivated and enthusiastic new member. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an interest in financial services and client relationship management to move into one of the most innovative and fastest growing international payments companies in the US.


  •  Basic administrative functions
  •  Setting up outgoing international payments via our internal system
  •  Answering client queries by phone and email
  •  Client services and corresponding with our various Banking Institutions
  •  Basic A/R responsibilities and investigation
  •  Checking of beneficiary details and payment requirements
  •  Prioritization of payments based on bank cut-off time, amount, and client relationship
  •  Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed by management

Who you are

You are a motivated, self-starter who uses initiative. You have excellent organizational and communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail drive you every day. You have strong numeracy skills, too. You are good with people, possess an excellent telephone manner, and above all, you are a team player. You will have an associate degree or higher (recommended) and speak English fluently, and fluency in at least one more language is helpful. Experience of a similar role would be desirable however not essential. This is a highly rewarding position for the right candidate and an excellent career opportunity.
