The role

This role has been created to support the strong growth objectives in the organization. We’re investing in Research, and we’re looking for a smart, highly-motivated individual to help us achieve our goals. You are responsible for finding, producing, distributing, measuring, and analyzing new business prospects for our Business Development Team. As we grow, there will be opportunities to specialize and/or expand this role. This is a highly-rewarding, entry-level position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Think of innovative new ways to generate business
  • Extensively explore industries with FX needs and generate new business prospects
  • Measure and analyze the productivity of sales staff, as well as the production team
  • Proactively seek out new prospecting opportunities
  • Increase the number and the quality of new leads distributed
  • Consistently run lead databases and prepare them for distribution
  • Ensure proper feedback is gathered from sales staff

Who you are

You love finding new potential business sources. You are a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and is research driven. You have excellent organizational and communication skills. Accuracy and attention to the details drive you every day. You are personable and well-rounded as you believe in being fulfilled both at work and outside of work. You have a college degree and 1 – 2 years of work experience. You speak English fluently (fluency in at least one other language is helpful) and have advanced Excel skills.
