The role

This role has been created to support the strong growth objectives in the organisation, and we are now looking for a smart, motivated individual to help us achieve our goals.  You are responsible for finding, selling, closing and maintaining relationships with partners in the US. You will report to our Head of Business Development – Strategic Partnerships and training will be provided.  As we grow there will be opportunities to specialize or expand in this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new partnership opportunities
  • Build strong rapport with each of your partners
  • Manage and be responsible for your partnership account day to day
  • Increase the number of clients they introduce to World First
  • Maximize the revenue generated through your accounts
  • Think of innovative new ways to generate business
  • Ensure smooth handover when receiving new accounts from the Sales team

Converting leads into a new partnership gives you a buzz.  As does a target driven role and the opportunity to earn great rewards for your hard work and determination.  You are competitive by nature and entrepreneurial in the way you approach things. You are ambitious, passionate and want to be successful. You will have excellent organization and communication skills and have strong project and relationship management skills. You will possess an excellent telephone manner, be personable, professional and charismatic.  A motivated self-starter – you will be proactive and sales driven. An interest in the financial markets is also important.  You will have an associate degree or higher (recommended) and speak English fluently, fluency in at least one more language is helpful. Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience cold calling
  • Experience managing full sales cycle from introduction to close
  • Experience maintaining strategic relationships

Compensation

  • Base plus industry-competitive commission structure
