Andy Ayim - Junior Product Manager
Like many Millennials, I have been interested in entrepreneurs and start-ups since graduating from university in 2010. Since then I have been fortunate enough to travel and work in over 40 countries with corporates, investors (VC’s) and start-ups during my tenure as a Management Consultant. During my time in San Francisco and Silicon Valley in 2015, I decided I wanted a change. I was looking for a company with the start-up culture and feel but also the stability and growth of an established company based in London.
Why did I start at World First?
World First appealed to me because it still has that small company feel, it was hugely successful and most importantly it felt that I could grow both personally and professionally whilst contributing to the continued success of the business. In my role as Product Manager, I get to work across the intersection between my interests and skillset through building products customers love, based on continuous engagement and testing.
More about me:
Outside of work I blog about lessons learned along my journey to help first-time entrepreneurs execute their ideas in a cost-effective way through validation with customers. You can see examples of my posts on Medium
or catch me at monthly Product Tank community events for Product Managers.
