Special benefits for talented people
We believe in the ambitious, the talented, the curious, the passionate and the restless. Our teams are filled with special people who embody these attributes. And that’s why our benefits are special too.
We offer a Group Personal Pension Scheme once you’ve successfully navigated your probationary period. WorldFirst will also contribute 4% of your basic salary to the scheme.
Our benefits portal: World Perks
Choose from a host of additional perks including: season ticket loan, birthday day off, monthly massages, drinks fridge Friday, chocolate trolley Tuesday, high street deals and awards which recognise those employees who truly live and demonstrate our values.
You're entitled to 25 days annual leave. You can also 'buy' an extra five days leave on top of your normal entitlement. Plus you can also 'sell' up to five days if you don't want to carry them over to the following year.
It’s good to give something back so you’ll get one paid day off every year to volunteer and the company will also make an annual donation to a charity of your choice. Our Community@WF initiative is about doing more for others. Our team is made up of staff volunteers, who use the WorldFirst behaviours to benefit the wider community, both locally and globally.
Parties & nights out
TheSocial@WF team are doing more to improve the lives of WorldFirsters and building a happy environment that drives WorldFirst behaviours. This includes organising the legendary Summer and Christmas parties as well as other great activities and events throughout the year.
Breakfast is on us every morning. Choose from different types of bread, spreads, fresh fruit and almost every type of cereal in existence! And there’s tea and coffee too – lots of coffee.
Enhanced maternity, paternity & shared parental leave
We offer a generous maternity package which is paid on a sliding scale. Our shared parental leave also matches our maternity policy, so if you are a dad taking extended time off, you will be paid under exactly the same terms as our mums. There are coaching sessions too to help you transition back into working life.
