You're entitled to 25 days annual leave. You can also 'buy' an extra five days leave on top of your normal entitlement. Plus you can also 'sell' up to five days if you don't want to carry them over to the following year.
It’s good to give something back so you’ll get one paid day off every year to volunteer and the company will also make an annual donation to a charity of your choice. Our Community@WF initiative is about doing more for others. Our team is made up of staff volunteers, who use the WorldFirst behaviours to benefit the wider community, both locally and globally.
Parties & nights out
There are three key parties each year - our birthday party, the summer party and the legendary Christmas party.
Breakfast is on us every morning. Choose from different types of bread, spreads, fresh fruit and almost every type of cereal in existence! And there’s tea and coffee too – lots of coffee.
We participate in the Government Childcare Voucher Scheme. It entitles eligible employees up to £243 a month Tax and NI free to be used for childcare. The amount will be deducted from the employee's salary and paid directly to the approved childcare provider.
Enhanced maternity, paternity & shared parental leave
We offer a generous maternity package which is paid on a sliding scale. Our shared parental leave also matches our maternity policy, so if you are a dad taking extended time off, you will be paid under exactly the same terms as our mums. There are coaching sessions too to help you transition back into working life.
