Company pension

You may be eligible to participate in the Group Personal Pension Scheme if you successfully complete your probationary period. World First will also contribute 4% of your basic salary to the scheme.

Health and Wellness

You may also be entitled to join World First's healthcare scheme with Freedom on successful completion of your probationary period. We'll also pay for eye and eyesight tests carried out by an optometrist or doctor and provide discounted gym membership, cycle to work scheme and life coaching.

World Perks

We offer a whole host of additional perks including: season ticket loan, birthday lie in, monthly massages, Friday drinks fridge, Tuesday chocolate trolley, high street deals and awards which recognise those employees who truly live and demonstrate our values and are peer nominated on a quarterly basis.

Holiday entitlement

You're entitled to 25 days annual leave. You can also 'buy' an extra five days leave on top of your normal entitlement. Plus you can also 'sell' up to five days if you don't want to carry them over to the following year.

Charity work

You’re entitled to one paid day off every year to volunteer and the company will also make a donation to a charity of your choice. Our CSR team – made up of staff volunteers - offer a range of exciting opportunities to give back including an annual trip to Uganda and always welcome suggestions and support to continue their work.

Parties & nights out

There are three key parties each year - our birthday party, the summer party and the legendary Christmas party. And if that wasn't enough, every year you also get two (mostly!) all expenses paid Team Nights Out.

Dine in style

The World First Breakfast is available every morning. We provide different types of bread, spreads, fresh fruit and almost every type of cereal available! Not to mention the array of different teas and coffee.

Childcare vouchers

We participate in the Government Childcare Voucher Scheme. It entitles eligible employees up to £243 a month Tax and NI free to be used for childcare. The amount will be deducted from the employee's salary and paid directly to the approved childcare provider.

Enhanced maternity, paternity & shared parental leave

We offer a generous maternity package of between 39 and 52 weeks leave which is paid on a sliding scale. Our shared parental leave also matches our maternity policy, so if you are a dad taking extended time off, you will be paid under exactly the same terms as our mums. We also offer coaching sessions to support the transition back into work and upon return.
