Since the Coronavirus outbreak, WorldFirst has closely monitored the global situation. Our priority is to ensure continuity of service for our customers while taking appropriate measures to protect our employees.

Given the increase in UK cases, we have now encouraged employees to work remotely. They are able to operate normally using well-tested systems, and our teams are committed to ensure customer service is not impacted, but if there’s any delay in your calls or emails being answered please bear with us.

Company pension

We offer a Group Personal Pension Scheme once you’ve successfully navigated your probationary period. WorldFirst will also contribute 4% of your basic salary to the scheme.

Holiday entitlement

It’s good to give something back. Our Community@WF initiative is about doing more for others. Our team is made up of staff volunteers, who use the WorldFirst behaviours to benefit the wider community, both locally and globally.

Parties & nights out

TheSocial@WF team are doing more to improve the lives of WorldFirsters and building a happy environment that drives WorldFirst behaviours. This includes organising the legendary Summer and Christmas parties as well as other great activities and events throughout the year.
