How to leave World First a review
The only way to improve and maintain our high quality of service is to receive feedback from you, the customer. Whether you want to sing our praises or offer us some constructive criticism, we want to hear from you.
Leaving a review via Feefo is easy and will only take a minute. Here's how to do it:
- Step 1: Transfer your money using World First
- Step 2: You’ll receive an email from Feefo requesting you to leave feedback – click the link on this email
- Step 3: You’ll be asked to rate and comment on the service you received from us
- Step 4: Once you're happy with your review, click 'submit’
Only genuine customers can leave Feefo reviews, which is why World First uses this feedback platform. You can trust our rating! We read every review, and endeavour to reply to those who report they had an issue with our service, no matter how big or small.
