Due to Amazon&#8217;s anti-fraud policies, linking an account to Amazon requires more steps than other marketplaces. You&#8217;ll need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Create a Receiving Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add and verify a same-name payee to your WorldFirst Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Link your Receiving Account to Amazon and verify the account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Withdraw your Amazon earnings into your own account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Please closely follow the step-by-step guide below to complete the linking process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"main-id\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; text-transform: none;\">Step 1 &#8211; Set up your WorldFirst Receiving Account<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First, you need to set up a Receiving Account in the currency of your Amazon marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>On your World Account dashboard, go to the <strong>&#8220;Collection&#8221;<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then click on <strong>&#8220;Manage Accounts&#8221; > &#8220;Add a New Receiving Account&#8221;<\/strong>. You can then select the currency of your marketplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the account is set up, you can click on\u00a0<strong>\u201cDetails\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to get the account details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download the Account Verification Letter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f78da83b\">Amazon may ask for further documentation as part of their seller verification process. You can use your Account Verification Letter for this. To generate an Account Verification Letter, simply click on <strong>&#8220;Download proof of account&#8221;<\/strong> below your account details. Your letter will be generated on the next page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"main-id\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px; text-transform: none;\">Step 2 &#8211; Add a same-name payee<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u3e5a8360\">To reduce fraudulent activities, Amazon has specified that all merchants must have a bank account held in their name. You&#8217;ll need to check the amount sent to your account and confirm the exact amount within your World Account to complete the verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click on <strong>&#8220;Initiate a penny test&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Penny test amount will be sent to your bank account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check your bank account statement and check the amount that was sent to you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter this amount into the Penny Test Amount box and click on<strong> &#8220;Verify&#8221; <\/strong>to verify your account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" id=\"u9b92e98f\" style=\"background-color:#f78da83b\">If you didn&#8217;t receive the payment, you can click on<strong> &#8220;I did not receive payment&#8221;<\/strong> and resend the payment. The verification validity period is 30 days. If a bank card with the same name fails to verify more than three times, the card will be determined as having failed to verify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ud9a67655\">You can also upload your bank statement, AVL, or bank reference letter to verify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click on <strong>&#8220;Upload verification file&#8221;<\/strong>. Upload one of the documents listed in the drop-down menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on<strong> &#8220;Submit&#8221; <\/strong>to submit the document for review. You can follow the below steps to initiate a verification. Amazon will notify you of the results within 48 to 72 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>On the <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Deposit Methods&#8221; <\/strong>page, click on <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Manage Deposit Methods&#8221; <\/strong>and find the bank account that you&#8217;re using to receive disbursements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Verify Bank Account&#8221; <\/strong>page, select <strong>&#8220;Bank Account Holder Name&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>&#8220;Upload Bank Statement&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;to upload your bank document. Here, you can usually upload the account verification letter of the Receiving Account. Please read Part 1 of this guide on downloading the letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm the requirements for verification, and then click on <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Submit for Verification&#8221;<\/strong>.
