By participating in the Promotion, each Participant (as defined below) accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a9c44d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7a9c44d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Definitions and Interpretation<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3e0542 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f3e0542\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:<\/p><p>1.1 \u201c<strong>Eligible Country<\/strong>\u201d means any of Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway and Sweden.<\/p><p>1.2 \u201c<strong>Prize Draw<\/strong>\u201d shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 1;<\/p><p>1.3 \u201c<strong>Promotion<\/strong>\u201d shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 2;<\/p><p>1.4 \u201c<strong>Promotion Period<\/strong>\u201d shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 3;<\/p><p>1.5 \u201c<strong>Promotion Privacy Notice<\/strong>\u201d means the WorldFirst UEFA\u00a0Nations League Finals 2025\u2122 Prize Draw Promotion Privacy Notice issued by WorldFirst in connection with the Promotion;<\/p><p>1.6 \u201c<strong>Reward Criteria<\/strong>\u201d shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 1;<\/p><p>1.7 \u201c<strong>Tickets<\/strong>\u201d shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 1;<\/p><p>1.8 \u201c<strong>Ticket Holder<\/strong>\u201d shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 10;<\/p><p>1.9 \u201c<strong>Ticket Winner<\/strong>\u201d shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 9;<\/p><p>1.10 \u201c<strong>UEFA<\/strong>\u201d means Union des Associations Europ\u00e9ennes de Football, the official body for European football and organiser of UEFA\u00a0Nations League Finals 2025\u2122;<\/p><p>1.11 \u201c<strong>UEFA Ticketing App<\/strong>\u201d shall have the meaning given to such term in clause 4;<\/p><p>1.12 \u201c<strong>WorldFirst<\/strong>\u201d means World First Netherlands B.V. or its affiliates;<\/p><p>1.13 \u201c<strong>World Account<\/strong>\u201d means the WorldFirst World Account, as provided by WorldFirst;<\/p><p>1.14 \u201c<strong>World Account Terms<\/strong>\u201d means the prevailing terms and conditions, including the relevant privacy policy, governing the World Account service provided by WorldFirst.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0241fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f0241fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Description of the Promotion<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ada89e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ada89e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A participant in the Promotion (a \u201c<strong>Participant<\/strong>\u201d) that satisfies the Reward Criteria set out in clause 4.1 during the Promotion Period may be eligible to enter into the Prize Draw for a chance to win a pair of Tickets (the \u201c<strong>Promotion<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc6f42c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cc6f42c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Promotion Period<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90c0ab6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"90c0ab6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Promotion period begins at 00:00:01 (Amsterdam time) on 15 May 2025 and ends at 23:59:59 (Amsterdam time) on 30 May 2025 (the \u201c<strong>Promotion Period<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a0c01a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6a0c01a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Reward Criteria<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-975ee5f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"975ee5f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>4.1 A Participant may be eligible to enter into a prize draw to win a pair of Tickets (the \u201c<strong>Prize Draw<\/strong>\u201d) provided such Participant is registered in an Eligible Country and either:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.1.1 during the Promotion Period, (i) successfully registers for a World Account using the dedicated promotional link (<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.worldfirst.com\/register?region=EU&amp;lang=en-GB&amp;referral_id=uefa2025\">https:\/\/portal.worldfirst.com\/register?region=EU&amp;lang=en-GB&amp;referral_id=uefa2025<\/a>) or the promo code &#8216;UEFA2025&#8217;, (ii) completes WorldFirst\u2019s authentication and review process and (iii) has its World Account funded with an aggregate amount of at least EUR 200 (or the equivalent in a different currency) through same name top-up or in connection with transactions on marketplaces; or<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.1.2 is already a WorldFirst customer who has not yet completed WorldFirst\u2019s authentication and review process, and during the Promotion Period, (i) confirms its desire to participate in the Prize Draw by responding to an e-mail from <a href=\"mailto:EEA_promo@worldfirst.com\">EEA_promo@worldfirst.com<\/a>, (ii) completes WorldFirst\u2019s authentication and review process and (iii) has its World Account funded with an aggregate amount of at least EUR 200 (or the equivalent in a different currency) through same name top-up or in connection with transactions on marketplaces.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(such requirements being the \u201c<strong>Reward Criteria<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p><p>4.2 No Participant may enter into the Prize Draw more than once.<\/p><p>4.3 For the purposes of clause 1 above, funds will only be considered as having been added or received into a Participant\u2019s World Account when such funds have been received by WorldFirst and\/or an affiliate and credited to such Participant\u2019s World Account.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65b749c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"65b749c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Tickets<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aee0baa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aee0baa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>5.1 Eligible Participants that enter into the Prize Draw can win two tickets to the UEFA Nations League Finals 2025\u2122 third place match, which will take place on Sunday, 8 June 2025, at the MHPArena in Stuttgart, Germany, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST) (the \u201c<strong>Tickets<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p><p>5.2 The value of each Ticket is between \u20ac100 and \u20ac500.<\/p><p>5.3 If a Participant wins a Ticket in the Prize Draw, such Participant will need to take further steps to claim the Ticket, as described in clause 7.<\/p><p>5.4 Participants will not be able to win (i) just one Ticket or (ii) more than two Tickets.<\/p><p>5.5 Tickets are subject to availability.<\/p><p>5.6 The Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, monetary value or for any other form of compensation.<\/p><p>5.7 If for any reason any Tickets are not available, WorldFirst reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute such Tickets for another of equal or greater value.<\/p><p>5.8 If a Participant closes its World Account or its World Account is suspended or restricted by WorldFirst in the period between the Participant (i) entering the Prize Draw and (ii) receiving the Tickets, such Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Tickets.<\/p><p>5.9 WorldFirst reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse a Participant\u2019s claim for Tickets, to disqualify them from the Promotion, and\/or to claim back any Tickets awarded to such Participant, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the relevant Participant has:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.9.1 breached these Terms and Conditions, the World Account Terms or any other third-party terms and conditions that are applicable in connection with the Promotion;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.9.2 failed to comply with instructions of WorldFirst, UEFA or any other relevant person or body;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.9.3 misused the intellectual property rights of WorldFirst or UEFA;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.9.4 made any misrepresentations (negligently or fraudulently);<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.9.5 abused the Promotion in any way;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.9.6 acted in a manner that is abusive, dangerous or anti-social or that causes a nuisance; and\/or<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.9.7 engaged in any illegal or criminal activity in connection with the Promotion or any of WorldFirst\u2019s services.<\/p><p>5.10 Each Participant that wins Tickets pursuant to the Promotion (a \u201c<strong>Ticket Winner<\/strong>\u201d) undertakes and shall procure the Guest (as defined in clause 11) to undertake to comply with the UEFA\u00a0Nations League Finals 2025\u2122 Ticketing Terms and Conditions (as amended and\/or superseded) available at <a href=\"https:\/\/editorial.uefa.com\/resources\/0297-1d6895cac2f9-935435552685-1000\/unlf_2025_gp_fans_terms_and_conditions_en.pdf\">https:\/\/editorial.uefa.com\/resources\/0297-1d6895cac2f9-935435552685-1000\/unlf_2025_gp_fans_terms_and_conditions_en.pdf<\/a> and any other applicable third-party terms and conditions.<\/p><p>5.11 Each Ticket Winner and his\/her accompanying partner (\u201c<strong>Guest<\/strong>\u201d) (collectively, the \u201c<strong>Ticket Holders<\/strong>\u201d) shall be solely responsible for their travel arrangements to Germany (including any visa application, if required) for the relevant UEFA\u00a0Nations League Finals 2025\u2122 match and no assistance whatsoever will be provided by WorldFirst or any other third party in connection with this. In the event that a Ticket Holder is unable to attend the relevant UEFA\u00a0Nations League Finals 2025\u2122 match for any reason, WorldFirst will not (i) replace, substitute or transfer the relevant Ticket and\/or (ii) reimburse any expenses incurred by the Ticket Holder in connection with the Ticket or compensate the Ticket Holder in any way. Each Ticket will be invalidated automatically when it expires on the date stated on the Ticket.<\/p><p>5.12 Any costs incurred by a Ticket Holder incidental to any Tickets are the responsibility of the Ticket Holder and not WorldFirst or any other third party. For the avoidance of doubt, the Tickets do not include:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.12.1 transportation, including to and from airports, within the home country of the Ticket Holder or within Germany;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.12.2 travel insurance; or<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.12.3 the reimbursement of any costs and expenses (including but not limited to expenses incurred in connection with visa applications, accommodation, travel taxes, food and beverages and other events or activities).<\/p><p>5.13 WorldFirst shall not be liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that occur in the course of the delivery of any Tickets to, or usage of any Tickets by, a Ticket Holder.<\/p><p>5.14 The stadium or venue hosting the relevant UEFA Nations League Finals 2025\u2122 match has the right to refuse entry and\/or to eject any person who does not adhere to its terms, checks and requirements.<\/p><p>5.15 Entrance to the stadium or venue hosting the relevant UEFA Nations League Finals 2025\u2122 match shall be:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.15.1 subject to compliance with (i) all relevant terms and conditions (including these Terms and Conditions), (ii) the stadium or venue rules (to be provided by the relevant stadium or venue or by UEFA), (iii) any sanitary measures or policies in place (imposed by either the relevant stadium, venue or UEFA) and (iv) all applicable laws and regulations;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.15.2 permitted upon presentation of a valid Ticket per person and, upon request, proof of identity (such as a passport or national identity card); and<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.15.3 subject to the relevant Ticket Holder meeting any applicable minimum age requirements.<\/p><p>5.16 Tickets are for personal use of the relevant Ticket Holder. Each Ticket Holder agrees not to:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.16.1 resell, transfer, or offer to resell or transfer any Ticket, whether for free or for any other consideration;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.16.2 use a Ticket for any promotional, advertising, fundraising or any other similar commercial or non-commercial purpose;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.16.3 use a Ticket as a prize (or part of a prize) in any contest, competition, (promotional) game of chance, lottery or sweepstake;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.16.4 combine and sell a Ticket as part of any package of goods or services or any travel or hospitality package (such as combining airline tickets, accommodation and Tickets); and\/or<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.16.5 advertise, promote, distribute or sell any product or service anywhere in the relevant stadium or venue, including by displaying obvious commercial messages on clothing or articles brought into the stadium or venue.<\/p><p>5.17 If a Ticket Holder violates any of the conditions set out above, the Ticket Holder may be denied entry into, or removed from, the relevant stadium or venue and the relevant Ticket may be cancelled immediately. No compensation will be payable to a Ticket Winner following such events. Furthermore, WorldFirst reserves the right to claim back from a Ticket Winner any part of a Ticket that has already been fulfilled or awarded (if applicable).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80b5cdb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"80b5cdb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. How Winners are Chosen and How to Claim the Tickets<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec74884 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec74884\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>6.1 Ticket Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries by a computer programme.<\/p><p>6.2 Participants will be contacted by WorldFirst by email if they have won the Tickets. It is the responsibility of the Participants to ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date. \u00a0<\/p><p>6.3 To be eligible to claim the Tickets, Participants must pass WorldFirst\u2019s internal verification review including, but not limited to, anti-money laundering checks and sanctions screening.<\/p><p>6.4 Each Ticket will be provided by UEFA in the form of an electronic \u201cmobile phone ticket\u201d. It is the sole responsibility of each Ticket Winner to download and install the UEFA Mobile Tickets app (or such other app as communicated to the Ticket Winner by EURO Events SA) (the \u201c<strong>UEFA Ticketing App<\/strong>\u201d) and to ensure that the relevant Tickets are displayed correctly on their mobile phone.<\/p><p>6.5 Each Ticket Winner must successfully register with the UEFA Ticketing App, and complete any other steps required by UEFA, in order to claim the Tickets. WorldFirst will attempt to contact each Ticket Winner by telephone or by email to provide reasonable assistance in connection with registering with the UEFA Ticketing App. If a Ticket Winner has not received any communication from WorldFirst within 48 hours of winning the Tickets, the Participant should contact WorldFirst. WorldFirst shall have no liability for a Ticket Winner\u2019s failure to receive any form of communication from WorldFirst.<\/p><p>6.6 Each Ticket Winner shall be required to provide the following personal data when registering with the UEFA Ticketing App along with any other information required by UEFA or under applicable laws: first name(s), last name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number and passport or ID number. Each Ticket Winner shall be provided with a privacy notification via the UEFA Ticketing App by UEFA and EURO Events SA.<\/p><p>6.7 As (i) each Ticket (including the relevant seating information: block, row and seat number) must be linked to an individual and (ii) WorldFirst, as independent data controller, is required to provide UEFA and\/or EURO Events SA with the details of each Ticket Winner upon request, each Ticket Winner shall ensure that all such personal data is correct and available and provided to WorldFirst, UEFA and its relevant entities, and\/or the relevant authorities for matters related to safety and security at the relevant UEFA Nations League Finals 2025\u2122 match.<\/p><p>6.8 It is the responsibility of each Ticket Winner to successfully complete all of the steps required to claim any Tickets. WorldFirst will not be liable for any Ticket Winner failing to claim any Tickets.<\/p><p>6.9 Tickets will be issued by UEFA and not by WorldFirst. UEFA will determine the time(s) at which Tickets are issued.<\/p><p>6.10 If a Ticket Winner does not provide information requested by WorldFirst or follow any instructions received from WorldFirst within 72 hours of winning any Tickets, WorldFirst may disqualify such Ticket Winner from the Promotion and the relevant Tickets may be won by another eligible Participant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e5a74c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1e5a74c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Liability<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb0052f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eb0052f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>7.1 None of WorldFirst, UEFA or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising or promotion agencies, representatives and\/or agents will be liable (to the extent permitted by applicable law) for any loss or damage arising, directly or indirectly, from (i) organising or holding the Promotion, (ii) a Participant\u2019s participation in the Promotion and\/or (iii) any actions or omissions of a Participant in connection with the Promotion, including as a result of their winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any Tickets.<\/p><p>7.2 It is the responsibility of each WorldFirst customer to ensure that only authorised individuals are able to participate in the Promotion on its behalf. Each Participant acknowledges that WorldFirst may pass such information to its agents and UEFA solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Participants\u2019 personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promotion Privacy Notice. Further Terms<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b604e8e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b604e8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>9.1 WorldFirst reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine and\/or decide all matters relating to or arising in connection with the Promotion and\/or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such determination and\/or decision will be final and<\/p><p>9.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldFirst reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, and\/or to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, without liability. WorldFirst reserves the right to change or withdraw any Tickets for any reason in its sole discretion. WorldFirst also reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period and these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such extended Promotion Period. Following any change or amendment to these Terms and Conditions, a Participant\u2019s continued participation in the Promotion constitutes its acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions and the Promotion, as amended.<\/p><p>9.3 Each Participant warrants that:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.3.1 it is able to participate in the Promotion according to applicable laws and regulations;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.3.2 to the best of its knowledge, all information disclosed by it to WorldFirst is complete, true and accurate; and<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.3.3 it will not use the Promotion in any way that WorldFirst (in its sole and absolute discretion) considers to be unreasonable, unethical, excessive, or in bad faith, or in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or is unlawful, fraudulent, or wrongful, or has any unlawful, fraudulent or wrongful purpose or effect.<\/p><p>9.4 Participants shall bear all expenses arising from and\/or in connection with participating in the Promotion.<\/p><p>9.5 Any and all applicable taxes or duties payable in relation to the Promotion shall be the responsibility of the relevant Participant.<\/p><p>9.6 Employees (including part-time employees and contractors) of WorldFirst, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and\/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.<\/p><p>9.7 If there is a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material published in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.<\/p><p>9.8 Should WorldFirst determine that, during the Promotion Period, a Participant is not eligible to participate in the Promotion for any reason (including but not limited to such Participant breaching these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations, improperly using information relating to the Promotion, or engaging in (or being involved in) fraud, attempted fraud or any other illegal or illegitimate activity), or where WorldFirst has knowledge of subsequent events which would mean that the Participant would not have been entitled to participate in the Promotion, WorldFirst has the right to disqualify such Participant from the Promotion without liability. WorldFirst further reserves the right to claw back the value of the Tickets or to deduct the value of the Tickets from the balance of the relevant Participant\u2019s World Account.<\/p><p>9.9 If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid, then it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, unless that modification is not permitted by law, in which case that provision will be disregarded. The rest of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full effect.<\/p><p>9.10 These Terms and Conditions are made for the benefit of Participants and WorldFirst and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party.<\/p><p>9.11 The World Account Terms shall apply to each Participant\u2019s use of the World Account and are to be read together with these Terms and Conditions.
