Before starting onboarding, please have the following documents ready:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.<\/strong> Certificate of Incorporation <\/strong>(please provide one of the following)<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.<\/strong> Articles of Association<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.<\/strong> Personal ID Documents <\/strong>(please provide one of the following)<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.<\/strong> Proof of Address <\/strong>(please provide one of the following)<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.<\/strong> Proof of Trading <\/strong>(submit only if requested during review)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Note: To help us process your application smoothly, please make sure all documents are up-to-date, clearly legible, and match the information you will provide during onboarding.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n We need to verify your company’s details with a Certificate of Incorporation. In Germany, Certificate of Incorporation refers to “Business Registration Documentation (Dokumente zur Unternehmensregistrierung)<\/strong>“. It’s divided into following different types depends on your business’s legal structure and issuing authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please refer to the details and samples below.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Handelsregisterauszug is an official extract from the German Commercial Register (Handelsregister). It serves as proof of your company’s existence and official registration in Germany. It is issued by Handelsregister B des Amtsgerichts<\/strong>[1]<\/sup> <\/strong>or Handelsregister A des Amtsgerichts<\/strong>[2]<\/sup>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The document includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n [1] <\/span>Handelsregister B des Amtsgerichts<\/strong><\/span> is the section of the Commercial Register specifically for corporations, including GmbHs, AGs, Publicly Traded Company, and similar entities.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n [2] <\/span>Handelsregister A des Amtsgerichts<\/strong><\/span> is for sole traders registered in Commercial Register.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Sample of Handelsregisterauszug for Company (HRB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Sample of Handelsregisterauszug for Sole Trader (HRA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Gewerbeschein is the German equivalent of business registration of Sole Proprietorships (Einzelunternehmen) that are registered in local trade office (Gewerbeamt)<\/strong>, ensuring that businesses are properly documented and regulated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The document includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sample of Gewerbeschein for Sole Trader<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Your Articles of Association (called “Satzung\/Gesellschaftsvertrag” <\/strong>in Germany) set out how your company is governed, your share capital structure, and other important operating rules.
