  1. Login to your World Account (multi-curremcy business account)
  2. Click on ‘Currency accounts’ to locate your SGD currency account details
  3. Login to your ibanking app & add WorldFirst SGD bank account as payee
    • Use UOB, DBS, OCBC, POSB, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Maybank or Citibank to make a FAST transfer to WorldFirst
    • Do note to select Citibank NA as WorldFirst bank account (and not Citibank Singapore Limited) when adding payee
  4. Send your SGD funds to your currency account in World Account
  5. You will be notified through email when your funds are added to World Account
  6. Make payment to suppliers using the balance in your SGD currency account
