At WorldFirst we don't think you need to wear a suit to do your job well. We've got a business casual dress code.
You get a great leave allowance. You can also 'buy' an extra five days leave on top of your normal entitlement. Plus you can also 'sell' up to five days if you don't want to carry them over to the following year.
Parties & nights out
We have parties like our birthday party and Christmas party. And every year you also get two (mostly!) all expenses paid Team Nights Out.
It's your special day, so you can have a lie-in and come in to work a bit later.

The WorldFirst Breakfast is available every morning. We provide different types of bread, spreads, fresh fruit and almost every type of cereal available! Not to mention the array of different teas and coffee.

Antenatal care, enhanced maternity and paternity leave
All pregnant employees are entitled to time off with pay to keep appointments for antenatal care. We offer enhanced paid maternity and paternity packages depending on your length of service.
You’re entitled to one paid day off every year to volunteer and the company will also make a donation to a charity of your choice. Our CSR team – made up of staff volunteers - offer a range of exciting opportunities to give back and we always welcome suggestions and support to continue their work.
