Send money to UK

Right then, let’s get down to the nitty gritty here. No messing about.

We can save you a load of money if you’re working abroad and need to send money to the UK, or for whatever reason you need to transfer money there.

Want to know how we do it? It’s all very simple – we take a smaller margin than the banks and give you a better exchange rate.

A client wanted to send €120,000 back home from France. Their bank offered them an exchange rate of 0.790, which would have got them £94,800. With WorldFirst, they were given a rate of 0.805, which would have got them nearly £2,000 more. That’s the sort of saving you could make, it might even be more.

We can offer regular transfer plans and forward contracts which let you fix an exchange rate in advance, so you’ll always know what you get. Or there are simple spot contracts that let you transfer money to the UK at the best rate on the day and more complex hedging options where you can fix a rate but still benefit if it goes in your favour in the meantime. There’s lots going on, but we’ll talk you through it, and get the right option for you.

Our customer service is pretty amazing, even if we say so ourselves. You get your own dedicated contact and every call is picked up in three rings. Every one! And our online system makes it so easy to transact around the clock
