Kerry is Group CFO of World First. Kerry was previously Deputy Finance Director for Lloyds Retail Bank and a partner in KPMG’s Corporate and Investment Banking Consulting practice. In the latter role, he worked with global investment banks in a range of areas including Business & Operational Strategy and Financial & Risk Management.

Millie joined World First in June 2013, having worked as the Head of Governance and Reporting at AXA. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, she joined the Global Financial Services Audit at HSBC. After a spell at the FSA (now FCA) as an insurance supervisor, she went back to HSBC to set up the Enterprise Risk Management Function for their insurance operations, eventually becoming the Global Compliance Officer for HSBC Insurance.

With a BA honors degree in HR & Accounting, Dionne began her career in fashion buying working at Tesco and the Arcadia Group. Over the five years spent in this field, she gained invaluable business acumen skills which she has leveraged since transitioning into her HR career at World First in 2014. In 2015, Dionne became the UK HR Manager heading up a team of HR Business Partners. She is responsible for identifying and driving a range of HR initiatives across the business in addition to supporting the EMEA Management Team.

At World First we have one value that we hold above all other: "People First". This applies not only to our clients, but also to our suppliers, partners, employees and the world at large. We take our commitment to our community very seriously and take pride in our efforts to raise money for great causes. And every year each World Firster gets the opportunity to select a charity of their choice and we donate £1,000 in their name. This is a great way for our people to make a difference to a personal cause.
