That is why, in line with regulatory requirements, certain information is required for additional authorised users in order for those users to access and transact on your account.<\/p><p><strong>This includes:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Full name<\/li><li>Date of birth<\/li><li>Email<\/li><li>Phone number<\/li><li>Full residential address<\/li><li>Post code<\/li><li>Permission level<\/li><\/ul><p>Additional information and proof of identification may be required for people living outside of the AU.<\/p><p>To add an additional user, the main account holder needs to fill out an \u2018additional contact form\u2019.
