It allows you to authorise payments directly from your bank account to your WorldFirst account through a secure agreement approved in your banking app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u52feb4b9\">Once the agreement is authorised, you can top up your WorldFirst AUD balance quickly and securely without manually initiating a bank transfer each time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cf60f03f\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;text-transform:none\">What are the benefits of using PayTo?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"uecc95e76\">Using PayTo offers several advantages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fast funding<\/strong> \u2013 Payments are processed in near real time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Convenient<\/strong> \u2013 No need to manually initiate a bank transfer each time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Secure<\/strong> \u2013 The agreement must be authorised directly in your bank&#8217;s app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reliable<\/strong> \u2013 Reduces the risk of payment reference errors during manual transfers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"c90b82f3\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;text-transform:none\">Who can use PayTo to top up their WorldFirst account?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u76effdb9\">PayTo is currently available for <strong>same-name AUD top-ups<\/strong>. This means the bank account used for PayTo must be held under the <strong>same legal name as your WorldFirst account holder name<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"uce21f579\">For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>If your WorldFirst account is under a company name, the bank account must also be under the same company name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your WorldFirst account is under an individual name, the bank account must be under that same individual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"d6104a50\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;text-transform:none\">How do I set up PayTo for my AUD top-up?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your WorldFirst account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Collections<\/strong> &gt; Top up and select &#8216;<strong>AUD&#8217;<\/strong> as the payment currency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Add PayTo Agreement<\/strong> as your funding method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your Australian bank account details or PayID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the<strong> payer&#8217;s account name<\/strong> from the dropdown menu and set the <strong>max amount of this PayTo agreement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Accept and Continue. A <strong>PayTo agreement request <\/strong>will be sent to your bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open your banking app or log in online to <strong>approve the PayTo agreement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"uce05cd95\">Once approved, you can start using PayTo to top up your AUD balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"53eb946e\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;text-transform:none\">Which banks support PayTo?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u319cf9cf\">Most major Australian banks support PayTo, including those connected to the New Payments Platform. Availability may vary depending on your bank and account type, so please check with your bank to confirm if it&#8217;s supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3cb2422d\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;text-transform:none\">How long does a PayTo top-up take?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ue6b1a7f8\">PayTo payments are typically processed <strong>near instantly<\/strong>, although the exact timing may depend on your bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"f373dcc7\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;text-transform:none\">Why do I need to provide Proof of Identity (POI) when setting up a PayTo agreement?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"uddafeeb2\">To ensure secure and compliant funding, WorldFirst currently supports <strong>same-name top-ups only<\/strong> for PayTo. This means the bank account used for PayTo must belong to the <strong>same individual or business name as your WorldFirst account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"uc8961ac0\">When you set up a <strong>new PayTo agreement<\/strong>, we may ask you to provide <strong>Proof of Identity (POI)<\/strong> or supporting information to confirm that the bank account belongs to the same account holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u1974289e\">Once this verification is completed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The PayTo agreement will be approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Future top-ups using the same PayTo agreement won&#8217;t need additional verification.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments can then be <strong>settled in near real-time<\/strong> to your WorldFirst AUD account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u406ea1d8\">This one-time verification helps us maintain a secure funding process while enabling faster and smoother payments afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3e98b81a\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;text-transform:none\">Is there a limit on PayTo top-ups?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"uf29a468f\">WorldFirst allows maxmium $100,000 AUD for each PayTo agreement. However, your bank may apply daily or transaction limits for PayTo payments. These limits are set by your bank, not by WorldFirst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u3d8f8f73\">Please check with your bank if you&#8217;re unsure about your payment limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"301c52c6\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;text-transform:none\">Can I cancel or modify a PayTo agreement?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u892f244a\">Yes. PayTo agreements can be managed through your <strong>banking app or online<\/strong>. Depending on your bank, you may be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>View the agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pause payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancel the agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change linked bank accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u5c3799d8\">If an agreement is cancelled, you&#8217;ll need to create a new one before using PayTo again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u13340085\">You can also cancel or delete a PayTo agreement from WorldFirst in the top up section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"c769e1eb\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;text-transform:none\">Can I use a third-party bank account to top up via PayTo?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ub0a7bbd5\">No. PayTo top-ups currently support <strong>same-name funding only<\/strong>.
