These terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions") govern the Promotion (as defined below). By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.

Description of the Promotion

During the Promotion Period (as defined below), a New User (as defined below) from Canton Fair special registration QR code or invitation code "SplendidSpring" may be eligible to receive the WorldFirst New User's Reward (as defined below) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this promotion (the "Promotion").

Promotion Period

From 15th Apr, 2024 to 30th June, 2024 (the "Promotion Period").

New User

A person who is registered from Canton Fair special registration QR code or invitation code "SplendidSpring" in any of the "Relevant Countries and Regions" below who has successfully opened a World Account with WorldFirst can be a new user for the purposes of the Promotion (a "New User").

Relevant Countries and Regions

United Kingdom and Other

The United Kingdom and any other countries and regions supported by the account service offered by World First UK Limited from time to time.

European Countries or Regions

The European countries or regions supported by the account service offered by World First Netherlands B.V. from time to time.

Asian Countries or Regions

The Asian countries or regions supported by the account service offered by Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd. from time to time.

Australia and New Zealand

The countries or regions supported by the account service offered by World First Pty Ltd from time to time.

WorldFirst New User's Reward

The "WorldFirst New User's Reward" refers payment fee vouchers (as defined below).

A New User may be eligible to receive payment fee vouchers (as defined below), provided that such person satisfies the applicable conditions set out below and successfully passes WorldFirst's review process.

Should WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited, World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd) determine, in its sole discretion, that a person is not eligible to receive the WorldFirst New User's Reward or to participate in this Promotion for any reason, or where WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited, World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd) has knowledge of subsequent events which would mean that the person would not have been entitled to receive the payment fee vouchers (including but not limited to where the transactions of such person were reversed or refunded), WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited, World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd) has the right to disqualify such person and shall not be liable to any such person. WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited, World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd) further reserves the right to claw back the payment fee vouchers or to deduct the value of the payment fee vouchers from person's World Account.

Payment Fee Voucher

After successfully opening a World Account with WorldFirst, a New User may be able to obtain 10 times “Zero Payment Fee” vouchers.

The Vouchers may only be used in the following manner:

1. Vouchers are subject to availability and valid for a limited time only.
2. Vouchers may only be used by eligible WorldFirst customers.
3. A Voucher may be used to apply a discount to the service fee payable on a “same-foreign-currency withdrawal/transfer” (i.e., a withdrawal or transfer transaction where the WorldFirst customer has elected the same currency for both the sending currency and the receiving currency) or a “cross-currency withdrawal/transfer” (i.e., a withdrawal or transfer transaction where the WorldFirst customer elects a different currency for the sending currency as the receiving currency are different).
4. Only one Voucher may only be applied per single “same-foreign-currency withdrawal/transfer” or “cross-currency withdrawal/transfer”.
5. Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Vouchers are not available for use on mobile applications and may only be redeemed via computer (PC).

The “Zero Payment Fee” vouchers shall be valid till 30th June, 2024 from the date on which it is applied and shall be issued within seven (7) working days following the New User satisfying the conditions for the Payment Fee Voucher.

Further Terms Applicable to New Users in the Relevant Countries and Regions

1. WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited,World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd)reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine and/or decide all matters relating to or arising in connection with the Promotion. Any such determination and/or decision will be final and binding.
2. The FX rate that World First UK Limited provides in connection with FX transactions must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Therefore, World First UK Limited cannot guarantee that the final FX rate it provides will always reflect any discount ranges described in the Promotion or any marketing materials prepared for the Promotion.
3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited,World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd)reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion, and/or to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, without liability to any party. Any amendments to the Promotion will be published on the Promotion webpage and/or notified to New Users in an appropriate manner.
4. Persons participating in the Promotion shall bear all expenses arising from and/or in connection with participating in the Promotion.
5. The account service used by companies in the Relevant Countries and Regions is provided by WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited,World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd). All the prevailing terms and conditions governing the World Accounts shall apply (collectively the "World Account Terms") to a New User and are to be read together with these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the World Account Terms for further information. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any of the World Account Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent of matters relating to the Promotion. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any terms set out in any marketing materials prepared for the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail. While all information provided herein is believed to be correct and reliable at the time of printing or publishing or posting online, WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited,World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd)makes no representation or warranty whether expressed or implied, and accepts no responsibility or reliability for its completeness or accuracy.
6. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited,World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd)or any of its affiliates be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for lost profits, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, each of which is excluded by agreement of WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited,World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd)and you regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited,World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd)or any person has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms to the contrary, WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited,World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd)'s cumulative liability, including for claims, expenses, damages or indemnity obligations under or in connection with its obligations under these terms and conditions, will not exceed USD$500,000. In no event shall WorldFirst (included World First UK Limited,World First Netherlands B.V., Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd and World First Pty Ltd), its affiliates, agents, representatives, directors, officers, or employees be liable for any act or omission resulting from circumstance beyond their reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to this Promotion beyond one (1) year from the first occurrence of the act, event, condition or omission on which such claim or action is based.
7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Relevant Countries and Regions.
