Private Client Assistant

The Role:

The role is to support the private client department on a day-to-day basis and will involve administration, client contact and liaising with support departments.

Key responsibilities:

  •  Day-to-day desk support
  •  Managing and assigning all incoming leads and enquires
  •  Online support
    •  Signing clients up to the online system
    •  Promoting online to existing clients
  •  Managing client incentives and gifting
  •  Sending out literature and account opening letters
  •  Monthly desk stats
  •  Managing and updating source information
  •  Liaising with support departments to ensure smooth running and communication
  •  Assisting with marketing to new and existing clients
  •  Contacting clients that haven’t completed the compliance process
  •  Ensuring payments are not held up
  •  Managing the payment confirmation process
  •  General admin

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Office admin experience desirable but not required
  • A motivated, self starter
  • Personable and good with people

Remuneration package:

Basic salary £21-23,000 per annum excellent benefits package including company pension scheme and health cover.
