World First Currency Research Blog Contributors

Jeremy Cook is World First’s chief economist. He is the main author of our daily foreign exchange update. Jeremy joined the corporate team in 2007 having previously worked for HSBC and City & Merchant Partners, a boutique private equity firm. Jeremy is FSA registered and qualified to trade and advise in derivative contracts.

Rick Roache is the main author of our sterling weekly round-up and in Jeremy’s absence writes the daily update. Rick joined the corporate team in 2008 having previously worked for the ANZ banking group in New Zealand. He holds a double degree in economics and finance from Otago University.

Robert Malcolm is a foreign exchange broker and World First’s senior economist in the Australian office. He is the author of the weekly update for our Australian and New Zealand markets and he holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. Robert joined the company in February 2009, previously he was a board director at his university.

Wendy Casterton writes all World First’s news releases. Wendy is Communications Manager and looks after all marketing, PR and advertising activities. She joined World First in 2007 having previously worked in professional services and for a membership body. She is a graduate of Hull University, member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketer.
