Our People

Our people are supported in both their professional and personal development. Everyone is encouraged to improve their professional qualifications – so we give study leave for exams and the chance to spend time in other departments learning how they operate. Personal and social development is also encouraged with in-house training opportunities in a range of areas from basic Japanese to IT. We’ve all had the chance to take life-saving CPR Resuscitation Training with the London Ambulance Service.

There’s plenty of room to grow here too. Promotion is a real possibility – 11 of our 15 current management team were recruited from within the company. And if people want to relocate to our Australian offices, we do our best to make it happen.

We look after our health and wellbeing with fresh supplies of fresh, organic and locally sourced fresh fruit. Healthy bread and cereals are available throughout the day too – no unhealthy vending machines for us.

In this year’s Sunday Times ‘Best Companies to work for’ awards, we were awarded Two Star (Outstanding) accreditation and in 2010 we were awarded One Star (First Class) accreditation.
